NERO Indiana charges $30 per event day, with an event day defined as from 6pm one calendar day to 6pm the next calendar day. Partial events are allowed, but the player must check in after 6pm on the beginning of the event day which he or she wishes to play and check out before 6pm at the end of the next event day.
Pre-registration is highly encouraged. Players who pre-register receive a $5 discount per event day. Partial event costs only receive pre-registration discounts if you NPC for the other game day.
Pre-registered players who are current students or active military receive an additional $5 discount per event day and should be prepared to present a valid and current student or military ID at check-in.
Pre-registrations are due no less than 7 days before an event, with payment received by mail (send check or money order payable to "Charles Mick.? Mail your check or money order to 519 South 4th St Apt 4, Vincennes, IN 47591).
It costs $5 to NPC for an event day. All full-time staff and NPCs will receive goblin points and blankets. All fees are calculated per event day. Therefore, a player may split a multi-day event between NPC/Staffing or playing his or her character.
The cost for the feast is included in the price for a full event. If you NPC, or if you attend a partial event, the feast costs $5.
New players to NERO will play for $10 per day and do not need to pre-register - just check in at the door. This covers most of the marginal cost for the player.
Module day events are a flat $10 per module. No discounts available. They may require pre-registration.
NERO Indiana reserves the right to cancel any event for which sufficient pre-registrations are not received. This will be announced on the Nero forum no less than 5 days before the event. All pre-registration fees received for the canceled event will be refunded or carried over to the next available event.
